App license

The app distributed through the App Store is licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This page explains app-specific behavior and considerations for using it.

Purchases and availability

The release date, pricing and system requirements will be published on this website and the App Store at launch. App Store terms apply to purchases and payments. To request a refund, see Apple’s refund instructions.

Looking after your records

You do not need to transfer rights in the records you create to the developer. When importing another person’s photos, audio or other materials, respect their rights and privacy.

Records are stored on your device. Make backups as needed in case of device failure, loss or removal of the app. Original photos and videos are not included in backups. If you lose the recovery code, the developer cannot decrypt or recover the backup.

How features work

Text recognition, transcription and estimates of location or time zone may contain errors. Check the original photo, audio, timestamp or other source when needed. Background location recording and scheduled backups may be delayed or may not run, depending on iOS conditions.

External services, including Apple Maps and iCloud, are subject to their providers’ terms. Features may change as the app improves or operating systems and external services change. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this website.
